Sound Shield Insulation
The Earthwool® Sound Shield batt range includes a selection densities for metal and timber frame construction, providing options for your individual requirements. This specialist acoustic range of insulation products is available in Basic Performance (11 kg/m³), Ultra Performance (14 kg/m³), High Density (17 kg/m³, 20 kg/m³ and 27 kg/m³) sound absorbing performance levels. Earthwool® Sound Shield batts will also absorb the transfer of unwanted sound from outside to inside the home. Super-soft to handle and install, Earthwool® is made using up to 80% recycled glass and with ECOSE® Technology, a sustainable, bio-based binder that contains no added formaldehyde.
